Travel by taxi as needed. All transport fares are additional and reimbursed at actual cost.
Voyah Dreamer and Buick GL8 photos are vehicle references; equivalent vehicles may be arranged. Taxi exterior and interior images are AI-generated illustrations only. No vehicle is included in the interpreter-only package.
Daily service hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (China time). Pick-up at your designated hotel at 9:00 AM, with return to your hotel before 6:00 PM. Overtime after 6:00 PM is charged at US$30 per hour, rounded up to the next full hour; any part of an hour counts as one hour.
Minimum 3 days. Hotel costs and factory entry fees are not included. Airport transfers for vehicle packages: +$100 per trip, mainland China only. Interpreter-only transport is charged at actual cost.

Booking Policy
All bookings are officially confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. To secure your preferred travel dates and avoid any scheduling conflicts, we strongly recommend contacting our team and completing your deposit payment as early as possible.
We accept the following payment methods: Bank Wire Transfer, Credit Card, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our team should you require any assistance with the payment process.
Should you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify our team through official channels at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Cancellations made after this deadline — or failure to notify us in a timely manner — will result in forfeiture of the deposit paid, as costs will have already been incurred on your behalf.
If you have any concerns or require flexibility with your itinerary, we encourage you to contact us in advance. We are committed to working with you to find the most suitable arrangement.
